Kickboxing

Our Kickboxing program blends Western Boxing, Judo, Kempo, Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling. The perfect program for people wanting to get in the best shape of their life and learn self-defense.


Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

We teach the art of overcoming a larger stronger opponent on the ground with skill and technique. Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for beginners and competitors alike.  Under 4th Degree Black Belt Luigi Mondelli (ATT/Danbury, CT) and Jeff Hughes (Black Belt) former owner of The Pit MMA and head coach to all Void Instructors.  We are a KORE BJJ affiliated school.


NoGi and Combat Grappling

The Void NoGi Jiu Jitsu combines BOLT Wrestling, Iron Mantis, and modified Kore BJJ techniques. Combat Grappling combines strikes on the ground and BOLT wrestling/modified BJJ for improved self-defense, grappling competition, or MMA training. Every student that has trained diligently under our competition regimen has experienced success.



Kung Fu

Kung-Fu is a way to develop your self mastery to overcome obstacles, and achieve your goals. Improve your health, balance and flexibility while learning this ancient art of self-defense.


Kid's Self Defense

Our Bully-Proof Kids Classes will help your child build self confidence, awareness, and improve fitness while learning our core values of Courtesy, Respect, and Discipline.  We combine traditional Shaolin Kung Fu training with modern MMA techniques to provide your child with the best defense possible.  All while getting a great workout that will burn calories and energy leading to improved focus and attention span. We now offer Mini Mantis classes for 4-6 year olds! 


Tai Chi

Well known for its many health benefits, less known for its martial application, but extremely valuable knowledge for the proficient fighter to add an edge. Learn the highly detailed concepts of breath, structure, mechanics and timing with movement creating a healthier version of yourself with a daily internal martial arts practice.


Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

Our MMA program is based on the full Iron Mantis Curriculum, developed by our Sifu, Master Hughes. The program covers striking and ground work and everything in between, pulling from the various skills we teach, including kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and kung fu. Our MMA classes are for students ready to up their game! 


Yoga

Our Yoga program focuses on athletic recovery and injury prevention/recovery with an emphasis on detail, balance, and alignment in the performance of posture.  We also offer classes focused on relaxation and breathing.
