Breathwork Class

In our next breathwork seminar, we’ll be covering the basics of developing proper breathing patterns through your movements in life. We'll learn how to work on your breath throughout your day as well as during specific exercises to increase focus, calmness, and happiness while decreasing anxiety, chatter in the mind, depression, PTSD symptoms, and negative emotions.
