Stay Motivated Workshops

We all get motivated in the new year, but the biggest challenge is keeping it that way, so we’re offering 4 free workshops to help you stay motivated throughout January! 

  • Saturday, January 7th at noon and will focus on Diet & Nutrition and how to stay healthy as we head into 2017.
  • Saturday, January 14th at noon, we'll focus on Self Therapy for recovery and strength when training.
  • Saturday, January 21st at noon and will focus on stretching for working out those muscles and recovery to supplement your training.
  • Saturday, January 28th at noon, we'll have a very special class on Holistic Brain Healing featuring patterned breathing techniques.
